These Terms govern your use of Play Smart (“the app”), operated by Mrutunjay Studio (“we”, “us”). By downloading, signing in to, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Play Smart is a free collection of brain-training mini-games. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information (such as a nickname) and must be old enough to use a Google account in your country.

Points, XP, levels, tiers, achievements and leaderboard ranks are provided purely for fun and engagement. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, redeemed or exchanged for money or prizes, and do not constitute currency or gambling of any kind. We may reset, recalculate or adjust them at any time.
The app, its games, design, logos and content are owned by Mrutunjay Studio and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.
The app may send push notifications (for example, reminders to play). You can disable them in your device settings at any time.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mrutunjay Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
