In accordance with Google Play Data Safety requirements, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Play Smart account and all associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Directly inside the app (Instant)

Open the Play Smart app on your device.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap the Settings gear icon.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your choice. Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: By Email Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can send an account deletion request by emailing us at:

Please include the Google account email address associated with your Play Smart account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted?

Your user authentication record and profile information (name, email, nickname, avatar).
All game scores, personal bests, levels, and career XP records.
Leaderboard rankings and tournament histories.
Social connections, friend lists, chat logs, and notifications.
Wallet token balance and token transaction history.
